"I’ve visited the Yemaso gyms in Idaho and Reno, but I had never yet been to the HQ location in Sacramento. What a great morning! The only 5 AM clas I’ve ever been to in my life. And it made it super easy to get to work on time without missing breakfast or a shower! The mats were perfectly clean. The bathrooms were perfectly clean. But the technique was the cleanest of all! Crisp, clean, safe, effective technique. We worked standup, which I’m always grateful for. And I got some solid adjustments to both my arm drag and my Russian tie up. Perfect way to start the day.
