"We have been taking our cars to Diablo Services for many years and have alway had exceptional service. Today was no different. My nephew was getting ready to take a car across country back to college when the check engine light came on. Diana found a way to fit our car in, had it checked out, found the problem and personally hustled to find the part. They had the car ready to go by the end of the day. Now, I have one happy nephew on his way back to college with a car that is safe to drive. The bottom line is that Diablo Services is trustworthy, knowledgable and most importantly, they really care! "Found this place by asking a friend where they take their car. They swear by the service and expertise, and now I see why. I took my car in for some overdue maintenance (timing belt, spark plugs, oil leak, etc) and I have nothing but positive things to say. Diana in the front office was such a pleasure to deal with. I went over with her what the dealership had quoted (always more expensive), and not only did I save a ton, but they were honest about what needed to be tended to and what could wait. I also met Tom, the owner. What a great family-run business. I've got my husband's car scheduled to be worked on next week. They are busy, but I see why. I now have a mechanic I can trust. Now, if I can just find a trustworthy contractor...lol. Thanks for being there for us, Tom and Diana!"
"Happy I found them. Honest and efficient. Took my car to them a while ago for an engine code and the mechanic read it for me for free and encouraged me to fix it on my own since was an easy fix. Did that, now when I took it for service a while after, they made sure the basics were inspected and were very honest with what needed to be repaired soonish and what could wait. Taking my car there for the foreseeable future!"
