"When I bought my home last year the inspector recommended I get the ducts cleaned because there was so much dust and debris it was a fire hazard.. I called around to several places amd was told I would need a new AC if I was getting the ducts cleaned. The home had a brand new AC and a second one that was about a year old. When I called Caribou they were mote than happy to help and offered to come out and give me a price quote. They were able to get everything cleaned out and I didn't need a new system. Joe is wonderful and I appreciate everything he and his team have done. I have continued to use them for my seasonal maintenance and will use them if I ever need anything in the future. "Let me begin by saying that Joe deserves more than 5 stars. He did a complete and thorough inspection inside and outside of the house. He explained his findings, and the dangers of what can possibly happen if the issues were not addressed. He gave me a list of the options that his company offers as well as the special. He was kind enough to speak to the homeowner on the phone, regarding the issues with the furnace if they were not addressed. Joe was very polite, patient and understanding. His people skills, communication skills, and work ethic were excellent. He’s definitely a man of integrity and respect and does his job well. What I really liked a lot about Joe, was he took the time to explain how the furnace system works and he was not pushy with his products. He answered all my questions as well as explaining the warranties. I really hope I am able to convince the homeowner to do business with this company because I am confident that Joe can do this job and do it well.
