"I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with a local dry cleaner that left me thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, their tardiness in delivering my clothes was unacceptable, and instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame onto me, suggesting that I should have explicitly instructed them to expedite the process. Moreover, their pricing system was inconsistent, making it impossible to predict how much I would be charged for each service. To top it off, the front desk lady was consistently rude, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Overall, this dry cleaner's poor time management, pricing discrepancies, and discourteous staff have left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I would strongly advise against using their services"
