"Upon entering the salon, the staff immediately greets you and the vibe is very welcoming. Erika took care of my hair and more! I had a balayage/foilyage done on my natural hair. It was definitely something different for me but I absolutely love it! She is someone willing to make sure you're happy with the end result. She's attentive and always keeping you in mind throughout the process yet makes sure you're comfortable that I even almost fell asleep while she had to rinse out my hair lol. "This was my first visit to LUXE salon and I had a appt with Lily G today .I'm new to Ventura and had been getting hair services in La and unable to continue the trek... Upon entering the Aveda concept salon I was Immediately greeted by more than one person. My appt was at 12:45 and Lily took me immediately taking inventory on my hair and my hopes she took me from a dark brunette to a Ginger red in one visit. Not only am I thrilled with the outcome as its health and shine is intact still, as she said she was putting protein back in at one point amongst other steps that I didnt pay attention to because I felt so confident in Lily's ability as a colorist I was busy chatting with other staff and clients. Not only did I find a Amazing hairdresser today the entire salon is welcome, kind and I cant wait to go back!!"
