"0 stars truly. Unprofessional and rude. They told me unprovoked when doing my nails that I have a 72 hour window to come back in case of any chipping. The nail tech doing my nails did not know how to do marble design, and placed too many layers so of course they chipped down to the first layer the next day. I came back the next day to ask them to fix it and they just put clear polish over it and put me under the light. Didn’t wash it or drill down so now there is lint stuck under my nails. When I went to show the manager that there is still a nice hole in my nail she said yeah but it won’t chip anymore and walked away mid conversation!! I drove all the way from Chinatown to do something I could have done on my own. I understand that mistakes happen, but I’m most dissatisfied with how I was serviced. Walking away from a customer mid conversation is unprofessional. Please spend your money elsewhere."

"Wow. From booking, to being served, to exploring everything it is this business has to offer- wow!! Not only are they extremely on top of getting back to customers, but their hospitality is next to heavenly. You will be in good hands from the moment you enter- you won’t be ignored. From Endless drinks, (as much as you can handle) to divine customer service - you will leave feeling like you paid for a 5 star Michelin service- well worth the personal investment too- so get those extra services! You simply will not be disappointed!!!"

"Choose to get acrylic overlay and this was the outcome of that. I spoke up and I told the technician that she was being too ruff and was cutting into my skin and she just kept on going. Even rougher. As if I was getting her upset. By telling her she’s hurting me. So I finally had enough got up and when to the front desk and told them about my experience. AND well you guessed it nothing was done. No discount no nothing. Completely disappointed. Will have to reconsider if I ever want to do business at this location again."

"Been coming here for 67 yrs and spend/send too many people here, the polish literary peels off in a day and they won’t fix it…… lol crazyyyyy I paid $$ for what!?. I almost wanted to sit there and address this , but then thought about poor customer service is a real thing here and Businesses no longer have customer service or even for thought that maybe this is how you retain continued relationship with a customer that’s been coming to you for the past 89 years. SMH I leave for a trip tomorrow and this was the whole reason I came and got my nails done in the first place. no longer recommend, and anybody going to their school next-door I hope they do better with teaching customer service as well as polishing and doing proper manicuring."

"If I could have give 0 stars I would have. Glam house is so unprofessional and their lack of offering a decent customer service is what brought me here. I never leave reviews but my horrible experience has left me so disappointed I must warn any potential customers. I made an appointment for 12pm Saturday 17th June 2023 with Chrissy. 5 mins before the appointment I was texted that she called out and someone else would do my nails. When I arrived I told the receptionist that I am very particular about my nails and I choose Chrissy because I saw her work on Instagram of which I liked. She assured me that everyone at the shop did “great” nails. I should have known this enterprise didn’t have my best interest at heart from the very beginning when they changed my nail tech 5 mins before my scheduled appointment. Fast forward, the nail tech had no idea how to shape my nails. She also filed them so rough and hard she gave me a cut at the side of my nail which pained throughout the session and a few hours later. She also didn’t do the greatest job painting them. I was so displeased. Moreover, when it was time to get my toes done, I waited almost an hour to get tended to and might I add I had my 1 year old son with me. The receptionist did apologize for the wait but what really got me upset is the following day my nails started to fall apart. My Rhinestones that were added all started falling out. My nails also started lifting within 2 days. I have pictures and videos to prove it. I called glam house and spoke to Morgan very professionally about the matter. I told her I would not be coming back to their business because I was very disappointed in their service. I asked for a partial refund, not FULL as I do understand that time was put into the service. I feel like although the service was delivered it wasn’t up to standard and I should be compensated partially. Usually when I get my nails done elsewhere it last 2-3 weeks not a few days. Nevertheless, Morgan told me she couldn’t have helped me at the moment and that she had to speak to her boss. An entire day has passed and I have not received a call back. I didn’t want to leave this review. I really wanted to settle this amicably but this business does not care about their customers. Please BEWARE of getting services here! You are better off going to those unlicensed techs slaying nails out their home-based living rooms."
