Our gym offers a variety of classes, including a lower back and body sculpt class from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m., SAL Karate for beginners and advanced students from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m., and advanced training sessions from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. We also offer an invitation-only SAL Karate class from 1:30 - 4:00 p.m. Our gym is proud to host the Mendocino County Sheriff's Youth Activities League (SAL), which provides fun activities and sports for kids in the area. The program offers a range of activities throughout the county, including year-round boxing and karate classes at Body Works Gym in Willits. We also support events such as the 24-hour relay and coordinate with the Junior Giants program.
