Rent our newly renovated venue to host a 20-50 person retreat and dive into a powerful self-healing practice in community. The 1500 sq ft space is perfect for group activities, complete with a sound system, disco ball, piano, and wood-burning stove. This healing space is ideal for meditation, breathwork, contemplation, and reflection. Accommodations include private cabins and shared cabins with quality linens, soft cotton sheets, and space heaters. Guests can also choose from tent camping or glamping options. The venue is stocked with all the necessary kitchen supplies for groups up to 40 people, and outdoor group dining can be enjoyed amongst the redwoods, flowers, hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies. Only a 12-minute drive away from organic restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, the retreat center offers wifi, hot showers, firewood, and complimentary coffee and tea.

Qualified staff lead campers and students in exploring and learning about wildlife and plant communities to foster a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Operated by a nonprofit organization, the Mendocino Woodlands Camp Association relies on donations to ensure future generations can enjoy the Woodlands experience. Situated within traditional Pomo territory, the Woodlands is a year-round facility and environmental education center set in the Redwood Forest near Mendocino. With 3 private group cabin camping areas, well-equipped kitchens, dining halls, and amenities, the Woodlands offers a unique camping experience. Trails for hiking and mountain biking are open to the public. Built in the 1930s as part of President Roosevelt's New Deal Projects, the Woodlands is one of only 46 Recreation Demonstration Areas in the US, and the only one in California and a Redwood forest. It has served its original purpose of group camping and outdoor education uninterrupted since opening in 1938.
