"I'm not sure why everyone at this specific site hates their job but OH My Gosh almost everyone working the line was rude and either abrasive or didn't make eye contact or listen to my requests. I almost NEVER leave bad reviews but this Chipotle is exceptionally dirty and has a rude staff. Do better. Food is expensive and we can go anywhere. I like chipotle because it's supposed to be fresh and healthy. But plenty of other restaurants these days follow that narrative. To be clear, the woman and man at the register were polite and helpful. The line cooks were not."

"My experience at Chipotle yesterday wasn’t good, the person that was making my food was very rude to the customer before me and to me. She wasn’t listening to what we were saying. I get it Can be loud but it really wasn’t at this time. I had to repeat my order 4 times and she still forgot it even though we were going step my step. The other thing is I ordered guacamole for my burrito and a side of it. Usually I have no problems with but yesterday when I was eating my burrito I bit into something hard and weird. I pulled it out of my burrito and I was the peel of the avocado. Pictures will be attached. At that time I didn’t want to eat my burrito because if they forgot the peal what else was in the food that I was eating. So I moved on to my chips and guacamole… I dipped my chip and to my surprise there was another damn avocado peel in my side of guacamole too…at this point I was just upset. I spend good money coming to chipotle. Not only was the customer service poor but the food quality too. Like common two avocado peels in different items. So disappointing"
