"The only disappointment I had from here was that they were out of gumbo when I went the last time... I'm from Louisiana originally, and that gumbo is comparable to any bowl I've ever gotten there... on top of that, they're incredibly friendly and generous..."

"Went there for lunch break with a coworker. It was my first time, but my coworker knew the menu. The service was friendly and fairly fast considering the food is fried fresh. Nice sized portions for your buck. I had fish so I'll try their chicken wings the next time."
"Food was good however was not a fan of the extra salt added after the fish was cooked. They have great selections and jars of pickles. They give a hefty amt of food which is a great value. If you're from NYC or the East Coast you will appreciate the fish store vibes. There is ample parking with the only downside being its right across from one of the sketchiest gas stations. I'd suggest giving it a try either ordering for delivery or walking in."
"Absolutely the best food! First time I tried gumbo and thought I wouldn’t like gumbo and it was so good. Their hush puppies were amazing the best I have ever had the jumbo shrimp and scallops were amazing as well the lemonade was really good too. This food was absolutely amazing I recommend it everyone and the service there is good and the the owner is a really nice personable guy. We have been there now 2 weeks in a row very reasonably priced as well"
