"Great place. Scott is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable talking about the issues my car was having, letting him know my concerns and trusting that he would get everything done right. He always called before any repairs were started to make sure that I understood what was going to be happening and what the price was ahead of time. He is involved with every repair and as such there is no confusion when discussing repairs, unlike at a dealership or other shop where the people at the counter have likely never seen your car before. I picked up my GTI this morning after a timing overhaul (done in less than a week), fixing a worn chain causing a high pressure fuel code. He found a previous shop had advanced the timing on one of the cam gears by a tooth and left very obvious bolt unscrewed. Scott was the only shop in the area to actually listen to my concerns about wanting to get my timing checked instead of shooing me away when I mentioned timing components. He likely saved me thousands of dollars and an engine replacement had I continued to drive on the worn chain that was already one tooth too far advanced.
