With its rich history and beautiful architecture, Serra Chapel stands as California's oldest church, having been built by Spanish padres shortly after the mission's founding in 1776. Serra Chapel is known for its traditional Latin Tridentine Masses, celebrated every Sunday at 6:30 and 8 a.m. by visiting Norbertines from St. Michael’s Abbey.
