The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

"This coffee bean never ever has what I want, i tried calling the store because this is the only location that is close by, they never answered so I decide to make the drive, and sure enough I’m sitting in the drive thru and ofc they don’t have my first choice, but I prepared my self to order my back up drink just in case and guess what they don’t have it either so I’m like shoot ok ima get my third choice and they didn’t have it either!!!! I was like ok at this point I didn’t want to keep people waiting in the drive thru so I order whatever drink they are promoting which was the minty matcha ice blended. Whoever is in charge of ordering and doing the inventory needs to get it together because it’s seriously annoying! Shout out to the drive thru workers who are always so embarrassed to tell me they don’t have my drink, i want you guys to know it’s not your fault."

"Young crowd, fast, and the coffee was really good. Lots of kids studying... Only complaint is, wish it was a little cleaner. But that's being picky. It was a really nice visit."

"In my experience, all The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf shops are straight forward. I mean, it's all in the name. All I had at this particular shop was an ice coffee, which was delicious and as expected. If I'm just getting an ice coffee from any coffee shop, I cannot really discern the difference. I enjoyed this place while waiting for a friend and there was plenty of parking. It seemed like a slow day. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Very professional and asked politely if I would like anything else. They seemed happy to be there and that energy did make my experience at this shop better. If I'm ever in the area again and want a cup o joe, I'll be heading here for a quick stop."

"I was there made my order then after some time I ask my coffee order is ready they let me know that they were still working on it , so I waited looking at the coffee , tea and tumblers I saw an order now at the pick up desk. But I waited for someone to call if out or to see if someone would try and call me over or to get my attention. Nope! No such thing so I with a long face watched them all stand there 4 or 5 ppl make jokes talk on the phone through text . Not the best experience going in"
