"This review is for lead in the guest services depr. Elizabeth aguayo. But her badge had mkhenderson or something like that. She is extremely rude!!! Not everyone that comes to a resort knows how to ski already. So your attitude and very unpleasant welcoming is not okay. Management should really evaluate that woman's attitude. I came to purchase a beginners skiing lesson and Elizabeth made me feel like I was the dumbest person in line. I dont know all the rules hence why I bought a lesson. Your job is make sure I get all the proper information. Thats why you work in the service dept. She is no lead. She might know the rules and the ins and outs. But you don't belong in service dept. You belong somewhere where you don't talk to people who keep this business running."
"I really recommend the store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My friend got her shoe size wrong at REI and the staff here helped fix it, and actively brainstormed solutions! Even when that takes them extra time off work! Really appreciate it, thank you! And I bought a pair of new boots yesterday here, they used the machine to warm up the boots before I get on snow today, to fit my feet better. That is awesome"
"Great facility for beginners. Good instructors and good management. Online booking people have to check in near bus stop and then go for equipment rental then move on to lesson. Please check in 1-1:30 hour before time so that everything can be done smoothly."
