"This West Covina location is so horrible. I've had several issues with them. I ordered fruit for my friend once and they weren't fresh and just today my boyfriend ordered a preserve rose and I didn't even get it. Instead they gave me some half dead roses. It's Valentines Day and this is what you give people? They should be ashamed. I will never order from this company or use this location ever again."

"Don’t order from here. You’re are better off buying your loved one goodies and taking them yourself. Edible arrangements had an address provided by buyer but said he did not include that it was a business and that’s why they couldn’t drop order off the day it was supposed to be delivered. Called me, the recipient the day after order was supposed to be delivered to say they would be late (ruining the surprise) and if I could wait. When they were also aware I leave my office at 4. Asked me to wait which unable to because I have a daughter to pick up after work. Asked for a refund and told me they would not speak to me regarding that matter because I was not buyer (but they could call me to ask me to wait for my delivery) He spent $130 to not get his purchase out when it was supposed to and for edible arrangements to ruin a surprise. Worst service and poor policy. No supervisior available to speak to."

"Who doesn’t like fruit?! This is my go to place for nice and simple surprises. I was greeted and helped by Nyzah Who was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I get to come home and surprise the wife! Will definitely come here again."

"Nija did the best work for my wife chocolate dipped apples. They’re her favorite thing here and she got us in last minute. She was kind and accommodating. Best store we have visited on taste and customer service."
