"PROS: 3rd time going in. The bakery is very clean and bright. Overall, the pastries we tried were delicious. CONS: pastries are pricey. The younger staff (except 1 on the second visit) we've encountered each time do not smile, do not greet customers, do not say thank you, and service is slow. I requested a box of danishes and informed them it would be a gift, some danishes were wrapped, some I had to ask for extra parchment to wrap myself. I always have to remind them to place a sticker. Last time I requested a sticker (which should be placed on nicely since I verbalized I was giving the box of pastries as a gift) was just placed on uncentered and crooked. These little things count... thoughtfulness and customer service could definitely be improved. Hoping to have a better experience if we go back. One star off for price One star off for customer service"

"Amazing food, especially the sweets. I did try a sandwich croissant but won’t be buying that again. Mostly because the price was just beyond unreasonable for what it was, very little meat and cheese and almost $15. The sweet croissant and other desserts are where it’s at, although still on the expensive side, they’re very good."

"The food is delicious - just like the other locations. I hoped for some Ube items to bring to work, but they weren't ready yet. I'll have to try again. The cream puffs were awesome. The layout isn't ideal - it feels cramped while you wait in line. And the layout also means only 1 customer can be helped at a time. The display is in an L shape, so customers waiting in line can't see all of the items available until they're at the register ready to order which meant I changed my order at the last minute and missed getting something for my son. The fancy croissants were around $6.50 each, but they're HUGE. Probably equivalent to 2 small ones, so thinking of the price that way, they're priced okay and they're very good."

"Decided to check out the new location. No doubt food is delicious! Very small store with a very bad design set up. The staffs weren't friendly! The cashier was rude! Order a cafe latte that was barely warm. Price are honestly high ! I understand that the store just open but what happen to customer service and what happen to smile! No one were friendly and the atmosphere was icy! Personally, I will never go back to this bakery! I rather drive to American Canyon or Napa locations were staffs do smile and welcome you!"
