Nestled within a National Historic Landmark, California State Park, the Woodlands offers group camping, environmental education, and historic preservation opportunities. The large, rustic group camps provide the perfect backdrop for weddings, retreats, and other special events. Qualified staff lead campers and students in exploring and learning about wildlife and plant communities to foster a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Operated by a nonprofit organization, the Mendocino Woodlands Camp Association relies on donations to ensure future generations can enjoy the Woodlands experience.
