Founded by Chieu Le, the restaurant/store offers a unique blend of Vietnamese-inspired sandwiches, pastries, and beverages. The idea for Lee's Sandwiches came to Chieu Le when he settled in San Jose in 1980 and began taking adult education classes to study English.
