"Terrible service. So rude! Workers spent half the time chatting. Took 31 minutes for ONE drink. When you talk to the workers they hardly even look up at you. When we asked if they got the ticket for our drink after 25 minutes, she just replied with "still working on it..." We could tell the drink sat there for a while, half the frappe was already melted."

"This is really a reflection of management. This store is so understaffed they close regularly during business hours with NO signage from the street. I just wasted my entire work break going to the closed drive through and then driving around front, trying to go in, asking what’s going on. At least put up a sign or update your hours. As a former service employee I don’t blame the staff I blame the person in charge of this store for not managing a better operation because the staff have always been very nice."

"We ordered through the drive thru on this particular visit. The person on the speaker was very clear and patient. She confirmed our order and asked if everything looked right on the screen. When we got to the window she had a wonderful smile and greeted us again while handing us our drinks and scanning my phone for payment. The coffee was hot. The cold coffee my co worker ordered was cold. What a great experience. On that visit we paid for the car behind us. We hope that changed their day for the good."

"I have been years using Starbucks, not just in this location but in lots. Today was the first day that they told me they had to CHARGE ME TO REMOVE THE ICE IN MY DRINK or HAVE IT WITH LITTLE ICE. When I asked why was that, they told me it was a CORPORATE decision, which I understand because I can tell it was not the decision of the person in the counter helping me with my order. However, I asked to change my lemonade for water (to avoid sugar and calorie intake), and I DID NOT GET A DISCOUNT for having JUST SIMPLE WATER. I am astonished and I won’t be back at this or any Starbucks I’m afraid."

"What kind of operation are you people running? Your business is one of customer service your jobs depend on customers being happy with their experience at the establishment you work at. I ordered 2 impossible breakfast sandwiches via Uber eats and the employee taking care of the order thinks to send the breakfast sandwiches STILL FROZEN. I don’t know if it’s laziness or pure negligence but at this point I’m just surprised at the lack of professionalism I understand Starbucks may not be your dream job but at least take pride in what ever it is you do."
