"Stopped by today and had some questions about flooring. I learned more about flooring in ten minutes of talking to the young man working there than all the years that I have been shopping at Home Depot. I didn't have to wait or walk a couple of miles to find someone either. Prices are about the same too."

"This rating is based solely on the customer service experience from the store employees. From the very beginning, they did not communicate with the delivery driver despite me asking for a specific delivery window two weeks prior to the delivery date and being told that the time I requestd would be available. The delivery was late and the drivers told me the store did not communicate the requested delivery time; had they done so they would have happily accommodated it. My major complaint is based on the fact they did not provide enough materials to complete the project and were passive and unhelpful when trying to solve this issue. The industry standard is to provide 10% more material than the measured area of the project; the measurements were made by their contractor so they should have known how much to send. Their error and lack of urgency to correct it caused my project to be delayed. They did not offer to deliver the material so my project could be completed but nonchalantly stated if I wanted it delivered it could take a week. The installer had to leave the site to go pick up the missing material. They did offer to pay for the extra day of parking the installer would need to complete the job but when I told them I would pay and they could refund me they stopped communicating. I'm fully aware of the very real possibilities that any home project can and will experience setbacks. However, I would expect any business to be prepared and willing to assist when issues arise. Several times when I spoke with the store employees about the issues I encountered, I received a passive response. At least twice I was told I would get a call back while they "could see" what they could do but I never heard from them again. They did not refund what they said they would and they did not demonstrate any sense of urgency to fix the mistake they made. While the vinyl flooring I bought was absolutely beautiful, I would not recommend this particular store to anyone looking for their flooring needs."

"The installer is really nice! He did things carefully to make sure our subfloor preparation is good enough, and spent time listening to our request. Moreover, he installed plastic sheets so that the dust did not affect our house and neighbors. Happy with the results!"

"I had bad experience! We purchased the flooring in 11/2020, and it has not been installed until today 02/2021! They hire a third party installer SW contractor, but the communication between them is such inefficient, they didn’t realize they ordered the wrong glue for us until the last day before our installation appointment, and we had to buy and pick up the new glue ourselves from another store 30min drive away from us on a week day! When we came back, they told us we need to went back to the same store AGAIN because they forgot to order the tool to spread the glue for us! We are really tortured by them! Even worse, the next day morning on our appointment day, they sent an email to postpone our appointment because the worker is not available! We as customer feel helpfulness and got fully manipulated by them!"

"I normally don't write reviews but I feel that this store definitely should have higher ratings. The store manager James is super knowledgeable and going out of his way to help finding the right flooring me. I know that they don't have a big inventory in city, but they made purchases and returns super easy and straight forward. I am a contractor and this is the flooring store that I have been using for the past 3 years. Homeowners are happy and I'll continue to refer customers here."
