"I began working with Jack about a year and a half ago. Once I started reciveing tax lien and collections notices from the IRS for past taxes, I immediatly started to look for good options to reslove this matter. Once a tax lien was filed I had literaly 3 to 5 different letters in the mail daily from various people / companies offering there services to assit with tax and IRS issues. I started the process by narrowing the prospects down to my favorite 4. I then called them all to do a phone interview and ended up meeting with 3 out of the 4. One of course being Jack. I am in the marketing and sales field, so I understand the middle man approch from a direct mail, TV or radio call to call center to some random “Attorney” or CPA you only hear about or see on the contract you sign. I wanted to deal direct with the source to ensure my file would be handled by a professional, not just one of many processors in and large office where I was just a number. When I first met with Jack, it was him personaly and not someone on his behalf, witch I liked. He was professional, very knowledgable, had years of experiace and more importantly a highly proven sucess rate for many years. Jack assured me that he and his personal assitstant would be working with me directly to help me resolve this matter. I even asked Jack if he would be intrested in high volume business being refered to him from a call center. He politly refused and said he likes and prefers to do business face to face with his clients. Jack has always been responsive and been there when I needed to have awnsers to my questions and when I needed any emergecy meeting or letter to show proof I was handleing my tax lien issues. We submitted my inital package to the IRS. About 6 months later they asked for a few updated documents along with $8,000 for estimated taxes to be up to date. I was a week late in gathering the $8,000 extra dollars. Therefore was denied due to not meeting ther payment deadline. Jack and I immediatly re-grouped in order to re submtted my package to the IRS with all requested / updated documents and used the money to prepay the estiamted taxes. So I will not have the same issue the 2nd time around. Jack is not the least expensive nor the most expensive route, but as they say you get what you pay for and this is a very serious and importnat matter. I needed to have someone who genuienly wants to help, provide a great service, and most importaly knows how to get the result needed. I feel that Jack has the best intrest at heart and I am waiting to see if the results follow. We should be hearing back from the IRS anytime now, I will write a follow up to this review when final results come in…."
