"Nicolas Diaz, one of the senior bankers, provides excellent service. Gone to him multiple times to get documents notarized and some other banking services. Always professional and efficient. Five star service from this branch!"

"The young lady teller at the far right window is best. Friendly, FAST and no mistakes. I think does merchant window but pulls regular customers too. Thank you to that employee for not being lazy and reducing wait time. Customers will not complain as long as the line keeps moving, even if it's slow as a snail. Give that young lady a bonus. Sad thing is forgot her name."

"I don't really write a review but I will do it for this location specifically. I went there to apply for credit card for traveling purposes and I was clear to both employees, then the one who was assisting me ( Nicolas ) , told I will be able to use the card immediately or wait 24 hours max to use which was perfect to me, and if anything happens I can text/call him anytime . Next day after I arrived I did that and no answer , called the location told he is not working and just simply transferred me to another department that I had to wait 50 minutes and the guy told you have to wait two weeks ! Then called back the location to find a solution but they said I have physically be there for assistance or just wait two weeks . I ended up closing the card"

"UPDATED 10/10/2023: I had to miss work to come and transfer funds from B of A to ML because although affiliated, they don't work in sync. Something that should have taken 20 minutes to do at a teller window required waiting 30 minutes until we were able to be assisten by Steven the financial guy with merging accounts. Altogether spent close to 1 hour for 1 transaction. B of A is seriously a dinosaur among other Financial institutions. They need to get with the 21st Century or face going extinct. # # # Bank of America has been in decline for quite some time, but I am incredibly appalled at the lack of customer service and efficiency from such an old company. I applied for a HELOC on 05/22/2022 and it took them 5 months to review. I called them in mid-September and the representative said "everything looked great, and had been submitted for finalization." I assumed the loan was being approved, but then 2 weeks later I get a call saying I was declined. Pitiful. Don't waste your time with this failure of a financial institution."
