"I know they don't own all the units where I live but this is how they and whomever else owns units here let's their properties get. It's the wild west at this property. I suppose the places that are more affluent have better upkeep Wondered why the rent was low, then found out why when the ant colonies arrived (I think every apartment has them here) Read your lease thoroughly. I saw pest control was my responsibility and should have known something was up. Paid rent and the toilet wasn't installed, the place wasn't completely cleaned out to better hide the pest problem. Was told to expect rent increases yearly even though the place I rent has made no improvements other than what I have asked for to make the place liveable. It's better than being homeless though"
