"Extremely slow, no bathrooms for customers while you wait forever. Tellers can't do a simple job of cashing a check without having to get a manager."

"This is the place for you if you want to waste your time waiting. A teller checked me in to meet with a banker and asked me to sit on some random chair near the exit to wait for a banker to call me. Spent more than half an hour watching bankers pace around the bank and others chatting on the desk amongst the desk not following up on their queue or paying attention to their environment. One of the bankers went up to one of the people waiting in the teller line and proceeded to help them instead when I've been waiting for a while already. Pointless check-in system when their own staff don't follow it. Went to another location and I was helped immediately. Finished my business with less time than I spent waiting here. Go anywhere else but this location."
"Mortgage Loan. I had scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance for the rude and unprofessional (Indian I believe) to lie in my face. He said he had called me for four days to change my appointment and I didn't answer. He lied. Now he calls me to apologize with his arrogant attitude since he know BoA will not do anything to him."
"Brenda was awesome. She was super nice and the entire process went smoothly. Was supposed to receive a text to leave feedback for her but never got it. Nonetheless, service was great and thanks a lot Brenda!"
