"This location is located in a nice little shopping center area. In the nicer part of Long Beach. It's a very small business that is in a great location. I am very surprised at how polite and helpful and detailed Jeff was for an older gentleman I would have thought he was younger over the phone. I love that he runs his business professionally and doesn't seem like he would be unethical in his business. We could use more honest business owners who don't abuse there positions because mail is very important for people to reacieve there paperwork especially during tax season. An I hope he is smart enough to know that if law enforcement officers go into his business wanting someones mail they Must Have Search Warrant to Obtain a American Citizens Mail. Due to the fact many officers have abused there positions and used there uniform Off dutie. Thank you Jeff for being thorough. Respectfully, Rose."

"I had an incredibly poor experience with this establishment. The associate there upon the time of my arrival was a man named Jeff. I came to my fingerprinting appointment fifteen minutes early to complete my livescan requested by my new employer. Unfortunately I did not have all the paperwork needed to begin the appointment. My employer was contacted and agreed to immediately fax over the additional documents. Jeff made comments such as my boss had really messed up his morning and was putting him behind. Having worked in a copy and print center before I understand the pressures of getting several task done at once when working alone, however, I do not feel it is necessary to make any customer feel bad for something outside of their control. While waiting I noticed several seemingly regular customers that came in to whom Jeff was extremely nice too, while being rather short and blunt with me during any interaction we had. It was incredibly off putting. It is my hope to not have to come here again or for anyone else to be on the receiving end of his attitude. Like I said I empathize for all he had to do, apologized for the mixups but at some point I do anticipate common courtesy."
