"I HOPE SOMEONE from ALLIANCE Cares to read this: The worst internet setup to order the parts . The least friendly internet setup TO ORDER THE PARTS Please do something this is just unreal . I think they don’t want you to order the parts. Every time I try to order the part i end up going to King or other web site to get my parts . DO SOMETHING."

"Purchased dryer, after one load, heating unit failed. Took over a month to get serviced, after repair, failed again after one load. Tech said it’s faulty wiring but company refuses to replace. What a waste of money buying this over priced junk. I believe it’s like most products these days. No such thing as high quality, just high priced. You’re better off just buying a machine for half the cost. You’ll get better service."

"Good luck getting this company to answer service request inquiries submitted on their website or answering the phones. Before the merger, I used to have direct contacts for a number of people with PWS."

"The reps are very unresponsive. They expect you to sign a $100k+ contract with no follow up questions. Here's some advice if you're considering PWS for speed queen equipment. Consider Huebsch, the same exact washers and dryers from the same factory, with a different label on them. Then call Dexter. Dexter is better but costs more. PWS is just too big to care. They're opening up stores left and right selling $500k-$1 mil in equipment at a time. Don't give them your business. That's just the equipment side. They will build a store across the street from you and bring in a competitor when they see you're busy. All the spin cycle laundromats in California are built by PWS. Did you know alliance laundry, the manufacturer of speed queen and Huebsch now owns PWS? They're in the business of building equipment, selling equipment, and building competing stores across from you. It's a huge corporation out for every dollar. Think long and hard before using PWS and buying alliance equipment."

"It's very disappointing that one will never be able to walk in and order parts and leave with what one needs to do a repair. I just heard all orders are on line and or call in an order then it can be shipped their or somewhere else. Future equipment will be a non alliance maker. So disjointed. Don't know why pws sold, it's going down hill."
