"I am furious, this practice does nothing other than constantly sending you unreasonable invoices, even 6 months past my visit. I keep getting these surprise invoices with amount to pay that was NEVER discussed. They are looking for every opportunity to turn customers into cash cows. Plus, the fillings I got there were a waste of time and money. I’m still struggling with the same problem that made me go there in the first place."

"I had a bad experience with Dr Ramlaoui. I went to replace an old filling and she decided without telling me to add in more filling. The fillings she added were done so wrong and created huge gaps between my molars and the food keeps getting stuck. This happened a few years back, but I just wanted to give a warning in case anyone is reading reviews before choosing a dentist. Many dentists in this area just get away with doing bad job and ruin perfectly good teeth, and people just don't report it and go to a different dentist to get it fixed. If you go to this dentist make sure you clarify very well before starting what will be done, and if she recommends adding more fillings, I would suggest you consult another dentist."
