"I came here to have a decent lunch but for a $10 plate they only gave me 3 pcs of beef from their broccoli beef. I can go to any other Chinese fast food place in LA and they will be very generous on their portions at near or the same price. Never coming back."

"How is this place still open??? Their food tastes terrible and I’m not picky. The bbq pork tastes so old! The orange chicken tastes odd kind of like when u leave meat in the freezer for too long. It doesn’t even smell good I’ve never been to a place that tastes so bad. And after seeing the reviews of the lady spitting in someone’s smoothie is disgusting!"

"The place outside says "Chinese food" with a small logo of sunny Express on it so it might be hard to find. The place is mainly a to go Chinese place like Panda Express but they are now selling Indonesian food which is why we are trying this place. We tried the "gm noodle" which is good , it comes with a choice of small bowl of meatball or dumpling. We choose the meatball which taste just like those you buy from market. Noodle itself seems pretty oily but that's normal for this kind of noodle. Pretty good quantity of noodle and chicken . Maybe next time I'll ask for less oil if possible. Also tried the "yellow rice" which comes with "rendang meat" maybe it's turmeric meat ? And fried yellow chicken , potato ball and fried boiled egg. The portion of the meat variety and the rice seems on the lower side , I think cost me about $10, but it's kind of rare to find this kind of food and taste pretty good. Too bad I can't eat spicy , since most of these stuff like the rendang and the egg is spicy for me. Also ordered some kind of fried tempeh ., I forgot the actual name which seems different than regular fried one since it's crunchy on the outside but the inside feels mushy to me. So I'm not big fan of that. Overall food was pretty good. We come pretty early like 10:10 right after they open so place still empty and they were still preparing the Togo Chinese food. I didn't order those but I saw some guy order it and they give pretty decent amount of food. Don't think I'll come here for the Chinese food though since it's a bit far and nothing special"

"It serves Chinese food and Indonesian food. The Chinese food is per package (Main and Entree). Prices are affordable and portion is big. The staffs are very helpful. Tried the Thai Tea, tasted delicious. The seating arrangement is also very organized. We can merge several tables and make them united as a group seating."

"Sunny Express rise slightly bit prices from my past visit buy didnt cross the 10 dlls . Not even Panda express uses chicken breast for teriyaki but Sunny must select and cut better the chicken legs and thighs"
