"I recently experienced their food via a delivery order, and I must say, it was disappointingly bland. I opted for the seafood combo with chicken, but the shrimps lacked any discernible taste, and the chicken was equally unremarkable. The French fries seemed far from fresh, probably straight from the freezer. Although the portions were generous, the nearly $20 price tag was hard to justify. If you value the quality and taste of your food, I would advise against choosing this place. In short, I do not recommend it and have no plans to return anytime soon."
"What is going on? I used to love your chicken katsu but that hasn’t been the case lately. Your chicken katsu used to be golden brown now it’s just dark brown, the texture makes it hard to chew, come on guys!"
