"About a year ago I went to Dr. Zaka. He suggested a device for sleep apnea. But because my values were low I made it clear that I wanted to evaluate alternative methods and asked for two or three brand names to look into. Next thing I know is that there is a box from a company called “Betternight” at my doorstep with an email saying that my account is established per referral from Dr. Zaka! I had to have multiple, long and unpleasant calls with the company and explained that I never agreed to or ordered this device. They ended up taking the device back and I never went back to Dr. Zaka. About a year fast forward and I just received an invoice from Betternight asking me to pay $90.61 for a device and it’s components I do not have or wanted. Not sure what is a scam if this isn’t one!"

"I had an appointment with Dr. Zaka this past Monday. I was greeted right away by the young lady at the front desk. During the check in process, I was also greeted by Dr. Zaka, who welcomed me and told me he looked forward to meeting me later on. I was shocked by this. I’ve never had a Doc welcome me in the waiting room. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. Dr. Zaka made me feel relaxed and welcomed. The whole experience could not have gone better. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!!!"
"Had the pleasure of working with Dr. Zaka when he reached out to our company about communication & patient engagement software. I unfortunately got hit with the flu during peak season and had forgotten to schedule an additional training for his staff. Dr. Zaka called me back and I had thought it was to leave feedback on the lack of service, but really it was simply to check in on my wellbeing and see how I was doing with getting better. Dr. Zaka is an example of the type of healthcare provider, client, and general human being that get's me psyched to help out when it comes to my own work. I'm sure if I was ever up in the Bay Area and needed to be referred to a Sleep Medicine specialist, I'd beeline to his office.
