Tablas Creek Vineyard, located at 9339 Adelaida Road in Paso Robles, California, is a pioneer of California's Rhone movement. Established through a partnership of two renowned wine families, Tablas Creek imports cuttings from Beaucastel and farms them organically and biodynamically. The vineyard takes pride in its contribution to the Paso Robles community and offers a unique tasting experience for visitors. Guests can reserve a seated flight tasting indoors or on the shaded patio, choosing from pre-configured tasting kits or designing their own. Tablas Creek has been recognized as a finalist for "Best Winery Blog" multiple times and offers recipes and food and wine pairings to complement their wines.
