This institution, celebrated with a ribbon-cutting in November 2020, is situated on the former site of the Bay Meadows horse racing track. The property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that are affordable to families and individuals with incomes ranging from 30%-60% of the Area Median Income.
