"I ordered a Double Pollo Fit Bowl and two orders of churros. While the Fit Bowl was pretty good, the churros were terrible. I can only describe them as being mummified. They were stale and had the tiniest amount of sugar and cinnamon mixture. I had it delivered via Uber Eats which may have accounted for some of its staleness, but it still could have had some more sugar and cinnamon. Even after I microwaved them they were awful. Never getting them again."
"This is by far the best pollo loco I've ever visited. The restaurant is very small in comparison to others but it makes up for it with great customer service and a very clean dining area. The chicken is always spot on. Kind of quiet which I also like."
