"Some of the front office staff is very nice, but they do take long to take care of what you are there for. They are quick at taking you in to the back, but they wait is about an hour in the back. Dentist are busy with other patients and you just have to sit there and wait. The dental assistant doesn’t really apologize for the long hour wait. Seems like they don’t care, that really bothered me. They need to be more professional and have common courtesy for their patients."
