"Update: Dr. Chesler sent a check to cover the difference of the out of network costs. Also, I have friends that are long time patients and love her/team's work. Great facility and friendly people. Overall I had a good experience with Dr. Chesler and the dental hygienist. However, it seemed like there was some disconnect between the two though. After meeting with the doctor, I met with the dental hygienist and it seemed like she was doing the opposite of what the doctor just told me what was going to happen. It pretty much left me explaining everything to the hygienist. The reason I'm giving only 3 stars was a discrepancy in my insurance coverage. Prior to going, I called to confirm if my insurance provider was "in-network" (I obviously should have confirmed with my insurance provider) and they said it was covered. After getting a cleaning and filling (two separate appointments), I get slapped with a $500+ bill from the dentist. After talking to my insurance provider, it was confirmed they were out of network. I then called the front desk of Dr. Chesler's office and explained the situation hoping to see some kind of reprieve being that I am new customer and was referred by a 15 year customer. I received none of that from Andrea. Actually the opposite...a condensing tone with sarcastic responses. I get better customer service at McDonald's. Maybe she just didn't care since it was Friday? The other people at the front desk people seemed really nice though... Well with all that said, I feel I just had a bad wrap with the insurance and front desk person. I feel Dr. Chesler is great and so his most of her team."

"Dr. Chesler and her team are simply AMAZING! Everyone is so personable and friendly. I love the cleanliness of the office and organization of the team. They always are respectful of their patients time and schedule so efficiently. I appreciate that they are always ready for me when I walk in for my appointments."

"I had a great experience with this dental office and Dr. Chesler. If you are looking for an honest doctor with a great staff this is the place to go. Andrea at the front desk is very helpful, up front about costs and was patient with my schedule. My hygienist was extremely thorough and even kept up great conversation throughout my cleaning. Dr. Chesler is very honest and knowledgeable. She explains things simply and I can tell she truly cares about her patients. I will definitely be back! Thank you all for the great experience."

From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted warmly by Andrea, to the thorough, but gentle teeth cleaning, executed by Lisa and the great and again, very thorough exam by Dr. Chesler and her assistant Suzette I can happily say, I have found my new dental care team! The office environment is such a happy one, everyone so personable and professional-they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and a part of their dental family!
