"The last several time I’ve been here and ordered the same thing, the quality of the meat and sides are awful! The meat taste rubbery and not slow cooked. Not sure what’s going on but management needs to resolve this issue. Workers are very polite but the quality is not there."
"I really wanted to like this place. My husband and FIL talked it up stating how good it was. But, I must say I was disappointed with the food. The service and everyone working there was super nice and the place is clean and modern and open... My husband had the ribs which he thought were going to be smoked but said they were boiled and were not good. My maple ham sandwich was very lackluster. Sorry Orchard you may have been good at one point but we won't be back."
"Stopped in for the first time and placed a to go order of cold sandwiches. The smoked chicken salad sandwiches are amazing! Sandwiches look as good as they taste and the service was friendly. Cant wait to try the burgers next visit. Also they have a extensive meat case of beautiful cuts of meats and poultry. Im impressed."

"Rack of Pork Ribs comes cut so each rib is separate. Cooked and smoked perfect to be tender and juicy and fall off the bone. Pulled Pork Sandwich is served when you take it out all separate so that the bun doesn't get soggy. Pulled Pork is tender and juicy and smoked perfect bbq sauce is sweet with a little tang. Really nice selection of meats and sausage that you can either cook at home or they will cook it for you on the spot. Service is wonderful and staff is very friendly. I definitely will be back."
