"We brought our son in to be seen for a possible ear infection at 4pm and were turned away stating they had too many patients already and would be closed by the time we were seen. That was disappointing. We were able to be seen the first thing the following morning. We arrived 15 minutes before opening and was the 6th person in line. Again a little disappointing. Once the wait was over our experience was good. The MA or Nurse who roomed us was incredible and treated my son with a compassionate and fun manner. He was so comfortable with her because of this. Thank you thank you! The clinician was appropriate and we were about to get the medication needed to help. Thank you all for being there daily."

"It's so great that walk-in health care is still available on a Saturday. It took a bit longer than I expected to be seen, but at least they had a provider working that day (another clinic was closed due to no staff). From reception (lots of waiting) to triage (more waiting) to assessment (a little more waiting) to treatment, every member of the team was courteous and helpful. My issue was resolved, which was worth the wait. Thank you, Sutter Health!"

"Pleasant staff and providers, runs like a well oiled machine, thorough and efficient. So grateful for this urgent care on a Sunday! Get there early and line up. Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours. As an NP myself, I can tell that their clinic workflow is efficient and they are comfortable and confident with all the primary care issues (sore throats, ear infections, coughs, etc etc). I saw all ages in the waiting room (from about age 2 to 70). Thank you to Crystal Cox, PA who treated me swiftly with grace and compassion."
