"Complete incompetence.....Eric try’s but the rest of staff is useless, they excuse themself by saying they have to manage multiple properties. But as a result they never are on site or pick up the phone. Graffiti gets left alone and say it’s not there problem because they don’t own the alley way but is only occupied by this complex, and criminal activity comes in and as result so do vehicle break ins. Still waiting on repairs to garages over a year after break in. They have not even put locks back inside unit. They property manager absolutely does not care about its property or tenants.look elsewhere."

"I moved in last year right before the new management took over. It wasn't that pretty but it was decent living and cheap! The apts are huge!! I can fit 2 sectionals in my living room and cali king bed in my bedroom w still lots of room. My 6 month lease is pretty much done and I'm thinking transferring to a new renovated apt because the price is fair and everyone else is about the same price. Plus the remodeled units are BEAUTIFUL. They updated most of the laundry room but still aren't done just yet. The renovation noise isn't a huge issue due to them working when I'm at work. Lots of stuff needed to be redone while the last manager was here and they're doing that now. The previous manager was super nice. But so is the current one. He accommodates me when he can and let's me know when something isn't able to be done. No biggee. All in all I'm happy living here. You can't find many apt communities like this one."

"I have lived in the apartments for over two years now. Even before new management and the new renovations. It has been incredible to see what they have been able to do to this place. The apartments look beautiful. Every time I need something I feel comfortable asking, and it gets taken care of in a timely manner. I have two very large dogs and anyone who is in the same boat knows how hard it is trying to find somewhere that allows them. These apartments are incredibly convenient with the biggest yards/patios I have ever seen in an apartment. Now that I'm moving I am pleased with the process and management is being so kind and cooperative with my situation to make this process smooth. Its time for me to move on; However I recommend living here to anyone."

"I have lived at Terra Oceanside (previously Forest Glen) with my boyfriend for about a year. Both managers, Shannon and now Jay, have been wonderful and have given us a great first experience living in apartments. I know some other tenants have been apprehensive since the once-family-owned building was sold to corporate and Shannon left, but I don't think Jay is all that bad. Sure, some things are done differently, but they're not terrible, and I've found Jay to be really nice and helpful. Others have commented about more advanced notices needed, and while that would be nice, I don't find the amount of time he gives us inconvenient. As first-time renters who are possibly moving soon due to the need to be closer to our jobs, Jay is helping us understand the move-out process and has been giving us details to help us fully comprehend all our options. I do miss how Shannon lived on the property (Jay doesn't) but Jay is still pretty proactive, especially on email. Overall, I don't think people should shy away from this place due to some bad reviews. Take it from me, this is a nice place to stay. Our upstairs neighbors can be a little loud, but that's not management's fault. And Jay has taken our complaints, and it seems like our neighbors have gotten quieter since then, which we greatly appreciate. Parking is also usually really easy. There's plenty of street parking and some free-for-all spaces in the back (that are usually pretty easy to get.)"

"Manager of the apartments is SUPER nice and works with everyone! She is the main reason we moved in there. We stayed for our time we had there, but really appreciate the ALL pets allowed rule. This is one of the only places that allows Pitbulls. I really enjoyed living here, it was quiet and safe. The only con was that some of the renters to clean up after there dogs as much as they should. All that being said though I would still move back here if needed."
