"Avoid this place at all costs, they overcharge on everything. I got into a car accident on January 28th and was referred to this body shop by the towing company that transported my car. When OCAB gave me the initial estimate, it was upwards of $11,500. So instead, I decided to get estimates from different body shops in the area that gave me a much cheaper price. Even though they didn’t do any work on the car, they still charged me $600 for the towing and $200 in holding costs. When I called AAA to get the towing cost reimbursed, they told me that we should have only been charged $400 for the towing. On top of all of that, the staff treated me with disrespect throughout the entire process. Avoid this place, they will scam you and not think twice about it."

"THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for damaging your vehicles. I had a good experience with the repair they performed, but when my RV was returned to me, there was damage to the main RV access door. This RV door is one of those that is very stiff on purpose so you don't need to keep it open with a latch, but if you open it farther than it is supposed to, there is a good possibility of the hinge being damaged, which is most likely what happened. So now when you open the RV door if there is any wind or you open it quickly it will just slam into the side of the RV. The parts that this company needed to repair the RV were located inside the RV, so they would have had to use the main door to get at those parts and very likely opened it too far. When questioned, even their service technician said that the door was "not like this when it came in," yet they are still refusing to take responsibility for damaging the door. When we picked up the RV from the initial repair we were leaving the next day on a trip so after the technician said the door was not like that when we brought it in (he acknowledged it had to have happened while they had the RV on their lot) we were told since we were leaving to give them a call when we got back from our trip and they'd "make a note and figure it out." I've called for months about this and been given the run around trying to get an answer (because the owner has been "out of town") and they finally said they aren't responsible and don't remember it. Super disappointed as I was glad to have a good repair shop nearby but with these kinds of shady practices now I'm worried about the quality of the initial repair and what else they are misleading about. The work I had them do cost over $1,300, but they're refusing to fix a door hinge they admitted they broke which is bizarre."

"I have taken two of my vehicles to Orange Coast Auto Body/RV and have been very pleased with the service on both occasions. My first was a pre-lease termination clean-up; I dropped off the vehicle, got a quote which was very competitive, and was given a ride to my office within 15 min. Chris was responsive to calls, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I picked up the vehicle two days later and it looked good as new. I was not charged for any wear and tear after the pre-lease termination inspection. My other vehicle had deep chips to the paint in the bumper--again, they provided me with a very competitive quote and explained the repair process to me in simple terms. This shop puts the customer first; they are attentive, responsive, and trustworthy. Highly recommend."

"I found this place on the web and was pleased when my insurance adjuster shared his approval of my choice of repair shop. They repaired our elderly RV after an accident. They accomplished everything that was in the accident report and also repaired a broken drawer after I gave them permission to do that extra work. They were courteous and always answered my questions."

"These people only have their best interest in mind,took 7 days to repair a front bumper on a truck that is needed for me to stay in business. I was told 2,or 3 days for the repair,not 7,or I would of gone somewhere else. Then when they said it was ready,I went to pick it up and the work done was not even as they said it it was.Bumper was uneven,a inch and a half of old shims on 1 side,unneeded holes drilled so they could make the damaged mounting brackets fit (was told they would replace all damaged parts).I don't know why they are still in business, and watch out for the estimate guy,he's a piece of,well let's say work.Maybe the work is different when the insurance companies are involved,but if you are paying cash,they will stick it to you,be careful all who visit this you will be sad and sore."
