"I don't usually leave reviews, but this was extremely unprofessional and disapointing. I made an appointment online to get a document notarized. The morning of my appointment I called the location to confirm my appointment. I was told over the phone that all was good, and confirmed that they would see me later that day. Upon arriving, the notary public, a blonde woman, told me she forgot her supplies and could not fulfill my notarization service. This is very disappointing as I had confirmed my apointment only a few hours prior. This appointment was also not made same day, meaning she could've called and let myself and all other appointments she had that day know that she does not have her supplies and we would need to reschedule. Overall it was just handled poorly."

"This the best UPS Store in the entire Milky Way Galaxy! The store manager (Mita) goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my family's packages are received and secured. We have been customers at this store for more than 5 years and they have NEVER lost one of our packages! The staff is always friendly and if you take the time to ask each one of them how their day is going and what their name is when you are there, you will find that they are all amazing human beings. I've seen some of the bad reviews on here and I can sincerely tell you that , I check my mail and packages there 4-5 times per week and have never witnessed any of the staff being rude or unfriendly. They are always professional and courteous. The manager does a fantastic job of training her team members to be consistent and how to properly do their jobs to the best of their abilities. I know each and every one of them by their first name and they know mine because I've taken the time to get to know them. My recommendation to all of the people that have complained is to try to understand that the employees don't control the pricing or inflation or the weather, so don't take that out on them. If the service doesn't fit your budget, please go somewhere else. Be kind first and make an effort to get to know them by showing some gratitude for the service they are providing you. Lastly, have some patience and be understanding if you encounter an issue with them and I promise you that they will make things right."

"I recently went into the store with a non-time sensitive package that weighed less than 1 pound. There was a woman in training who was fine, but the manager/owner was quite rude to both me and her trainee. I asked for the rate for a 2 day air and she quoted me at $46. I asked for the rate for three day and she quoted me at $81. This is because they were measuring the large envelope that is free with 2 day and much larger than actually needed. The 3 day rate is based on weight and dimensions of the package. Obviously I would not have used that envelope and picked up a smaller box to be more affordable. Clearly a 3 day is going to be less than 2 Day in the proper packaging. We all know it. I didn’t feel like addressing this with them, and did not appreciate their lack of customer service and didn’t want to give them my business. I’ve worked with UPS corporate in their marketing team and I know that this was not up to their standards. So I took my package down the road to a FedEx office on Stony Point Rd. who are awesome to work with. Shipped it out 3Day in their packaging for $15.03."

"As an eCommerce business owner, I rely on various shipping companies to meet the needs of my customers. Frequently I drop off numerous packages at this location. The staff, primarily Mita, always make the process easy for me. I can leave my packages without getting the third degree of scrutiny I receive in other shipping stores. One such store had me wait in line to drop pre-labeled packages! The store is always clean and well run. It gets busy at times and the staff reacts quickly. I appreciate the friendly “hassle free” atmosphere."
