“I've been super happy with my progress working with Spencer. I had an L4/L5 herniation and microdiscectomy in January, and Spencer took me from post op PT back to my athletic endeavors and I'm back to rock climbing, running, surfing, and everything I was doing prior with minimal to no pain. All this while based around a busy schedule and only 1-2 sessions a month (with lots of PT homework for me to do while I was at work).”

“Challenging workouts in a welcoming atmosphere. Only 30 minutes, great coaches, and a clean space! You can't ask for more than that! No class times means you can come in whenever works for you, I love that! Silvia makes it a point to keep you motivated and does her best to cheer on everyone at least once during the session. All the trainers are really great. Highly recommend for newbies to kickboxing, those wanting to get some aggression out, or those just looking to sweat!”

“Dr. Rob and his staff were very professional, and made every effort to fix the issue that I was having. I can truly say they care about what they do, and how they approach their therapy. Stephanie who was my PT was kind, and provided an excellent plan of care for my pain. Her exercises were direct, difficult, and exactly what I needed for my rehabilitation. I urge anyone requiring physical therapy to give Dr. Rob a call, and just get a consultation.”

“This is a great place to receive your PT. I've been coming here for several months, and the progress is outstanding. Everyone in the office is friendly and want to help. I've worked with several therapists and every single one of them was attentive and carrying. The sessions are never rushed, and they give clear instructions for exercises to be done at home. Also, the receptionists are very patient and provide all the information you need for your insurance. Thank you, Victor and the team, for making me feel better!”

“I saw Kevin at In Motion twice weekly for two months, and it was a wonderful experience! He was extremely thorough in his analysis and diagnosis of my physical health. He came up with a plan and saw it through fully in the 8 weeks that we worked together. I went from having medium to severe knee pains in normal day-to-day activities to being able to run without any knee pain which was the original goal I was trying to get to and had expressed to him. I'm a month out from having seen him and still have happy knees. All the PT aids that worked alongside Kevin were very attentive and I never felt like I was not being attended to. The front desk staff was friendly and very on top of all tasks that included but weren't limited to getting in touch with my health insurance, scheduling appointments, etc. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in need of a PT :)”

“I had the privilege of seeing Mandi Morgan engage High School girls at an event last year. I was amazing at how proficient she was & how eager the girls were to participate. I immediately asked her to assist with an in person event earlier this year. As you know Covid detailed that plan & we had to switch to a virtual platform. Mandi Morgan easily transitioned to assist us with the event. Thank you to Mandi Morgan for a stellar course on Communication Styles for our NAWIC chapter. Your passion for the topic was contagious making another dreaded Zoom event fun & engaging. Your ability to voluntarily unmute themselves & chime in showed how much you were resonating with the group as a whole. We look forward to having you as a speaker for other events.”

    Canine Rehabilitation Of Orange County

    ★★★★☆ 4.7

“After our dog was partially paralyzed by IVDD and needed surgery our Vet recommended we have him go through a rehab program ideally with hydrotherapy. We did research and called around to several different providers, but the professionalism of C.R.O.C. stood out as we tried to get into get an evaluation and treatment plan. Unlike some other providers we were able to actually get through on the phone and talk with someone, and our emails were promptly returned. Thank god we went with Canine Rehab, Lauryn and her team are truly miracle workers. We thought that Archer was likely destined for a cart, he had no use of his right leg and his left was stiff and unable to move when we started rehab. A few months later and he's able to get around on his own, stand up and balance, stretch and move without pain and we have hope that he's going to continue to improve and lead a much happier life. IVDD is terrible, can strike out of nowhere and completely rob your pet of their former lives. Canine Rehab completely changed my dog's recovery from IVDD and if you have any recovery needs for your pet you owe it to them to get the best treatment possible. From hydrotherapy, acupuncture, cold laser, ultrasound etc they have a variety of different treatment options that are tailored exactly to what your pets needs are. Also just as important, the workers there are true animal lovers. They are so good with our dog, and really do a great job with the animals. I can't recommend them highly enough, if your pet needs help, give them a call.”

“The JCC is a premier community center situated in Irvine, CA. There’s nothing like it quite frankly. The sports facility offers a world class fitness center and gymnasium. There’s an olympic sized swimming pool and jacuzzi. If you’re seeking an immaculate, family friendly community center the JCC will not only meet, but will exceed your expectations. All are welcome and that is very evident.”

“I’ve been waiting to write this as I keep pinching myself wondering if I’m dreaming. After a rough start to 4th grade when we changed schools from private to public, we decided to give OCASA a try. Our daughter loves art and science so we hoped it would be a good fit. We are so impressed after her first 2 months. She LOVES going to school since the hands on projects are so fun. She has made some smart friends. The science projects are beginning to engage her leadership skills. The music program is fantastic and she can’t wait to get home to practice. And she looks forward to the monthly field trips. The communication app is amazing for parents. The PTSA team is filled with ambitious and friendly parents. We honestly are so happy to have found this community of engaged families. The campus is not great, but the environment is warm and loving and I hope the school district someday acknowledges this amazing school and assigns it a better home. If you’re looking for something more unique in your child’s schooling, please visit an upcoming tour and check it out!”

Aikido - Orange County Ki Society

“Very special place…due to the special folks who teach there. All do so voluntarily. They don’t get paid for it. And if that’s not a testament to their dedication and passion, I don’t know what would be. All the students I’ve met there—kids and adults—are eclectic, kind hearted, and sincere. Lots of them are a real hoot too! This is a profound art form and holistic practice. Aikido was the physical component of my grad school program in transpersonal psychology, and I’m so glad my son learns it. He’s been going to the dojo for over five years. I can’t say enough good stuff about this organization.”

“Best self defense training anywhere. Master Doug has over 40 years of experience, great teaching style, patient, knowledgeable in all disciplines, weapons, and street smart psychology. One of the things I appreciate about this facility, is that it’s fully matted, great for my old body during throws and take downs. There are no attitudes, just kind, helpful instruction. Most students are older, many high level black belts, wonderful opportunity to learn for people of any ability, walk of life, male or female. Thanks Master Doug, for your great instruction, looking forward to the next class !”
