Their office always looks nice. Wonderful ppl to work with. Always pleasant and fair. I will never switch. My dental insurance changed through my job for 2024. I didn't elect to get the new dental insurance. I want to see what they except before choosing new dental insurance."

"I love Dr. Crooks! She does an amazing job. I always dread going to the dentist, both physically and mentally. Their technology and numbing medicine is wonderful. I don’t feel a thing when I get fillings. They have massaging chairs to help relax you and they put music on for you as well. They do everything possible to make your visit comfortable!"

"At my first visit after my insurance changed, I gave the office my new insurance card. They informed me that I may have to pay out of pocket if they did not have time to verify my insurance. When I told them that I was not willing to do that and requested that they verify my insurance, I was told I could reschedule my appointment if I didn’t want to pay out of pocket. When I said that was definitely not okay and I was not willing to do that either, the situation was escalated to the office manager in order to request my insurance be verified during my visit. This escalation was absolutely unnecessary - the patient should never be inconvenienced by being required to pay out of pocket because the office “may not have time” to do the verification. If the office doesn’t have time they can and should verify the insurance after the visit and then sort out the insurance payment at a later point. And the option of rescheduling my appointment was completely unacceptable!!"
