"I am a perfectionist about my 2011 BMW. I have many years experience with BMW Service Centers in Los Angeles and more recently, in Monterey. BMW of Monterey far surpasses any previous service center I have used. The primary reason is Alyssa Dalit, Service Representative. From my first visit two years ago, she has been professional, welcoming and very knowledgeable about all aspects of servicing. Once I drove in without an appointment because my key had dropped under my seat in a spot I couldn't retrieve it. Alyssa immediately had a service technician pull out my key, and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. For service appointments, she always arranges prompt lifts home and back, with no wait time. The Spa Day service for complete hand wash, wax, carpet cleaning and detailing is incomparable. It looked and felt like I was stepping into a new BMW! I do not often give reviews. When I do, they are sincere. I recommend BMW of Monterey for any service needs."

"Words cannot express how impressed I am! I have been looking for a very specific 2024 M4 Convertible Competition with Xdrive that is white with red interior as a surprise for my wife. I have been searching for almost 7 months all over the US to find the exact car. Just as I was about to give up hope, I found my wife’s dream car at BMW of Monterey. I immediately telephoned and spoke with Erdal. He was extremely professional, as I told him exactly what I was looking for from him. There were no sales pitches or gimmicks. "Erdal at BMW Monterey is highly knowledgeable about every car they have on the lot, the features, how many horsepower etc.. he won’t push you into something, it feels he is just there to help make the right decision. He is very pleasant to work with and would highly recommend coming to see him If you are interested in a bmw. Most my reviews are negative but I give bmw Monterey A++, they also have no markups compared to other local dealerships. In fact I got a local discount off msrp knowing I would service my car there.
