"I live in the neighborhood and took my car there with a "check coolent level" warning + a standard oil change. They charged me ~$200 for oil change. Also told me "coolent was full" so "must be a sensor issue". A few weeks later I had my car in another shop and the mechanic took one look at the coolent level and said it was a bit low, added a little to it and the warning immediately turned off. Oh - they also quoted me $200 for "inspection" on why my wiper fluids won't come out, and will only tell me how much additional it costs to fix to the $200 they would have already charged me afterwards. Don't go unless you want to get fleeced"

"I feel as though this was the first time I've ever had such great service when getting an oil change! Saul worked on my car and was very pleasant and went over with me each of the things he checked in my car, one by one. He gave recommendations and explained where there may be future issues too. This location isn't very big, but I would definitely go back again. There's free coffee and they offer free top offs if I needed it in 2.5 months. No other place has offered that to me from what I recall. Or if they had, I may have disregarded it since in the past, I didn't like their service. Lastly I called around the area for pricing and that's another reason I came here. They were more affordable that the others. I left feeling really pleased with their work."

"Fast and friendly service. The tech did an admirable job taking care of an inspecting my car, and found a major issue I'm going to need to keep an eye on. But most impressively, to me, my oil was *exactly* full. Every time I've ever taken my car to a quick change oil place they always end up putting at least an extra half quart of oil in because it's quicker just to check the book and put in as much as it says. Nobody wants to wait for the oil to hit the drain pan, check and add. This guy did it right. Edit: And they had complimentary Jolly Ranchers! Just the good flavors!"
