"Horrible customer service! The manager Evelia Rodriguez is unprofessional, rude and literally almost threw me out of the office on 1/09/23 II walked in the office to add a vehicle, and instead she froze my account because she said she was the manager in that location and that she basically ran the show there! Now i am struggling to unfreeze my account and to add my new vehicle !"

"was with them for 1 year... at first it was great , but the ppl at this branch, are very moody. you are never greeted with a hi or a smile.they have 6 desk and 1 person in the office some times i just waited 40 min to pay my bill. had two different situations at this branch where they did not do there job, and made me lose out on my towing credit, then they pointed fingers between themselfs, and the claim department. moved to geico, cheaper less hassle... not recommendedthis branch in san ysidro"

"Horrible!! I had 2 cars insured with them , one of my cars broke down on the freeway in murrieta. I called Fredloya and told them my situation. The lady told me to call a tow truck and save my receipt whatever I spend on the tow truck I will get reimbursed for it . So I did , i went to the office in Chula Vista showed them my receipt told them what had happened and they told me “ I’m not sure who you talked to but we’re not gonna reimburse you “ Every time I called this place or went to the office no one knew what they were supposed to be doing."
