"If I could give negative rating I would and so many others would as well. It's been 4 months this week and I still haven't gotten paid for freight I delivered for boa. Hardly get them to reply. Best advice pls stay away from this company. Factoring company won't pay because boa has Terrible credit rating. So many other carriers have been bamboozled by boa as well. They can afford to pay me $800 but claim to be in business for 10 yrs. Do not book any loads with them is all I gotta say Terrible company"

"Stay away from boa logistics I work with them they pay us the Brooker who book load with me She give me promise To pay net 30 . Now nobody answered my email and ph calls I start open claim on bond and call safer and fmcsa make a complaint. Don't work with boa don't believe them ."

"I should have read the reviews first. Please do not book a load with Boa logistics they will not pay you. My company hauled a load from Tomatex in Firebaugh we delivered to Simply Fresh at Buena Park for $650. This was more than 30 days ago and I called for payment boa said they don’t have a date of when payment is going to be sent. Truck drivers are getting hit hard with cheap load rate and it’s inhumane for this company’s like boa logistics to take advantage and not pay us for our work. Companies like Tomatex need to stop giving these brokers loads."

I strongly caution others in the industry to approach dealings with BOA Logistics cautiously, given the profound and negative impact their unreliable payment practices have had on our business. The lack of response to recent emails intensifies our concerns. As a next step, I am proceeding to open a case with the FMCSA and sharing these experiences online to seek a resolution for the critical issue of missing payments, highlighting the substantial consequences this situation can impose on a business."
