Established in September 1919, shortly after World War I, our library has been a beacon of knowledge and learning for over a century. Throughout our rich history, we've served the community from five different locations and even operated a bookmobile for a time. As part of the LA County Library system, Los Nietos Library is proud to offer a wide range of services and programs designed to educate, inspire, and entertain patrons of all ages. We invite young artists to participate in our 45th Annual Bookmark Contest, fostering creativity and engagement among students from grades K-12.
