"Decent kids play and birthday party location. Equipment and place looks a little worn out and could certainly use some updating. The staff are attentive but it feels like being herded through the place from one playroom to another in order to make space for the next incoming party. They make you get food through their service only but pizza comes in cold! Nonetheless… kids have fun with the bouncy inflatables."

"We scheduled a party slot that is 9 days later and immediately realized a conflict and contacted the Belmont PumpItUp. According to their policy, any rescheduling within 14 days to the event will have to pay a rescheduling fee. The manager Rhea kindly waived that fee since our initial booking was already in the 14 D window and we contacted them immediately. We do appreciate her help!"

"Since we came from SD. We couldn't find a place for jumpers, but this place tops it off, and the staff is on top of things, and they really make sure the kids have a great time for their party events. Definitely recommend it."

"We booked online ($20) only to discover that the venue was closed for the date we booked. I even called ahead. There was a man and his young daughter crying outside when we arrived. No doubt they disappointed a lot of young kids today"

"My kids love it here. If they had free play on the weekends, we'd probably be there every Saturday. It's $14 per kid for 2 hours, which is a little pricey, but for how often we get to go I don't mind. There are 2 rooms at this location and they only have one room open at a time during free play. There's also a climbing wall, air hockey, and giant blue building blocks that my kids love. It seems like it's pretty clean, although the carpet makes it hard to know for sure. Pro tip: socks are required, so make sure you bring ones with grips on the bottom, otherwise it's pretty slippery."
