This institution offers 68 one-, two- and three-bedroom units for low-income households and farmworkers. People's Place, a part of Chapel Court Apartments, provides affordable housing in the City of Santa Paula. Pre-applications for People's Place are now available and due on April 1st. In addition to providing housing, Chapel Court Apartments also offers onsite Learning Centers with year-round after-school programs for students in grades K-8.
