● OpenFounders Park, located at 1 Trump National Drive in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, is a beautiful 5.5-acre park that was officially accepted by the city in 2006. Named in honor of the city's founders, this park offers stunning ocean views, picnic tables, a gazebo, restrooms, coastal access, and walking and biking trails. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash. The park is available for small stand-up ceremonies with a maximum of 15 people, including the wedding party, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The cost for renting the park is $475, with an additional $85 for insurance and a refundable security deposit of $175, totaling $735. The security deposit will be returned within 4-6 weeks after the event if all conditions and rules are met. Minimal floral decorations are allowed with approval.

Abalone Cove Shoreline Park
● ClosedAbalone Cove Shoreline Park, located at 5970 Palos Verdes Drive South in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, is a beautiful coastal park with two beaches, tidepools, bluff top viewing areas, and hiking trails. The park is home to a State Ecological Preserve where protected animals and marine life are off-limits. Visitors can access the park through a parking lot off Palos Verdes Drive South, with a long trail leading to Abalone Cove Beach. To reach Sacred Cove, visitors can walk along Palos Verdes Drive South to one of two trails between Portuguese and Inspiration Points. Lifeguards are present at Abalone Cove Beach during summer hours and weekends. The park offers stunning views of the ocean and Catalina Island, but barbeques and fires are not allowed. Dogs are not permitted on the beach, but on-leash dogs are allowed in the upper picnic area and on designated trails.
